DP 4 Project - Impressionistic Masterstudy

• Monday: Work on your analogous painting. DP4 should be working on details and be close to completion.  
• Tuesday: Work on the analogous painting. 3 Minute Drawing Homework is due.
• Wednesday: FOLDER CHECK! Demo split-complementary Form Painting. DP4 - working on the detail of your painting.
• Thursday: Work on split-complementary Form Painting.
• Friday: Photos of all form paintings are due except the split-complementary painting. Work on split-complementary Form Painting. Discuss end of project and post-planning pages. DP4 Home Drawing Assignment will be given. Folders are due.

Upcoming Due Dates:

1. Drawing Homework: 5 black ballpoint pen gestural drawings of the corner of a room (each should be 3 minutes in length - dated and timed). Use  a different corner each day. Due on Tuesday, February 22nd.
2. Grayscale, Monochromatic, and Intensity-Monochromatic Value Spheres should be complete by this week. If not, you will need to work on the paintings on your own time.
3. DP4 Home Drawing Assignment: use a 12x9 piece of drawing paper. Set up a still life in your home of three of your most favorite objects. Use a light source to create shadows. Use your drawing pencils to render the still life. Due on Tuesday, Feburary 15th.
